Although this is a step up in grade from her previous outings, she ticks all the boxes having won first up previously (two wins from 3 first up runs), and she has won at Eagle Farm over 1200 metres. She gets in with the minimum weight of 54.5 kilos and looks very hard to beat. I am happy to best bet her at around the $2.40 price.

This Scott Morrisey trained Headwater gelding is a last start winner over this course and distance and looks very hard to beat again today. His racing pattern is to lead, and he should be able to control the race from barrier two. That said there is speed out wide from Mr. Galazi and Spiritualised, but I am putting my faith in Noel Callow to give the horse the best possible run. He looks a great value bet at around the $5.50 price
